Fridge is warm and temperature graphs are inconsistent as a result of packing issue

High Temperature Alerts – Packing issue

Kindly note that poor circulation as a result of contents blocking airflow (airflow is generated at the rear of the cabinet) causes divergence in the temperature profile resulting in high temperature alerts -represented by the following temperature graph;

The chart clearly indicates that the refrigerator is capable of generating the correct temperature profile (represented by the three sensors within range) but the airflow is restricted and not consistent throughout the refrigerator creating warmer areas (represented by the orange line).

What to do?

1. The refrigerator contents should be re-packed to ensure even air circulation. Ensure that there is a gap of 5-10cm all around the refrigerator (back and sides).
2. Remove any ice packs or stock at the floor of the fridge
