Resolving High Temperature Alerts – Beverage Coolers
The following procedures may be used to resolve issues to do with high temperature alerts when using Beverage Coolers:
- Always follow procedures indicated by the automatic temperature monitoring system.
- Do not adjust the thermostat setting without reviewing the daily charts and referencing the pre-determined saved set point.
- Always consult the responsible person before adjusting the thermostat.
- Ensure that there is no break in the power supplied to the refrigerator.
- For refrigerators with an adjustable thermostat, compare the set point to the predetermined setting on record.
- Ensure that the door is securely closed
