Troubleshooting MasterScout Offline

Troubleshooting a NoPower event for MasterScout Offline

The following steps are to be followed if the MasterScout does not display "STATUS OK" on the screen
  1. Reconnect Power cable if disconnected (a Micro USB cable black charger). 
  2. Reconnect the power Supply at the plug point if disconnected. 
  3. Turn the power on at the plug point if switched off (there should be a green light on the black charger if there is power to the unit). (See Image A)
  4. Remove the power cable from both the socket and MasterScout and reconnect it 
  5. Try to use different “power supply unit” ( Micro USB charger).
  6. Replace the 2 Point Plug or use a different power outlet point.
