Troubleshooting a NoPower event for MasterScout Offline
The following steps are to be followed if the MasterScout does not display "STATUS OK" on the screen
- Reconnect Power cable if disconnected (a Micro USB cable black charger).
- Reconnect the power Supply at the plug point if disconnected.
- Turn the power on at the plug point if switched off (there should be a green light on the black charger if there is power to the unit). (See Image A)
- Remove the power cable from both the socket and MasterScout and reconnect it
- Try to use different “power supply unit” ( Micro USB charger).
- Replace the 2 Point Plug or use a different power outlet point.
